Zinfandel

[ZIHN-fuhn-dehl]

"Zin" for short, Zinfandel is one of the signature grapes in the USA, but is grown throughout the world. Often confused with its counter-part "White Zinfandel", Zin is not sweet and pink. It's a red variety that makes jammy red wines.

What does Zinfandel taste like?

Zinfandel produces a medium to full-bodied, dry red wine that abounds with fruit flavors. Jammy red, black and blue fruits blend perfectly with a touch of pepper spice. Zin is a pleasurable drink and widely popular. Uneven ripening in each bunch allows for this cornucopia of fruit flavors to be present.
